About Velrigen
Our story
Velrigen was started by technology professionals who spent years inside product companies, data teams and platform groups — designing systems, scaling them, and getting paged when they failed. We saw the same pattern again and again: businesses needed senior, cross-functional expertise, but were offered either large agencies optimized for headcount or specialists who only saw one layer of the problem.
We built Velrigen to be different. A compact team of experienced engineers and architects who understand how product, data, cloud and AI decisions affect each other — and who take responsibility for making them work in production.
We're deliberately honest about what we know and what we don't. We'll tell you when a simpler solution is better, when AI isn't the answer, or when you don't need us at all. That candor is the foundation of the long-term relationships we want to build.
Collective expertise
Principles
We measure ourselves by what works in production, not by hours billed or tickets closed.
The best architecture is the simplest one that meets your needs for the next stage of growth.
Honest assessments, even when the answer is that you don't need us — or don't need AI.
Documentation, pairing and coaching are part of delivery, not an upsell.
Why teams choose us
Product → Engineering → Data → Cloud → AI. One team that understands how the layers affect each other.
Architecture and engineering decisions designed for long-term scalability, not just the next demo.
Every technical decision is connected to a measurable business outcome that you agree with upfront.
Systems built with the data, APIs and observability that let them evolve with AI.
Focus on production-ready solutions rather than prototypes that never ship.
We help your teams understand, operate and evolve the systems we build — then step back.

Tell us what you're building, what isn't working, or where you want to go next. A senior engineer will get back to you — not a sales script.
